5:30pm-6:40pm - Do you watch those cooking shows and wonder how they cut things so precisely and quick... and they still have their fingers? It's a skill. It's a basic cooking skill that every home cook should learn. Jill will be teaching you how to properly hold and manage your knife on several different food items. Then after the knife lesson we will make flatbread appetizers to snack on and finish with a little sweet treat before you head home. This will be a quick class that you can attend on your way home from work. This will be the first in a series of short, after-work classes to brush up on some of your kitchen skills.
